We already know the major drivers in most tumor types. These are the early mutations that you are going to look for in cell free DNA. Additional cancer-normal pairs are not going to elucidate many new driver mutations. Only careful prospective trials will identify sensitive and specific diagnostics. Those will be the winners (and they will probably be academics).
