One downside to being sarcastic on a comment thread to make a point is I can't tell if people are down-voting me because they clicked the link, or because they didn't.

- benmcnelly 10y agoSure it does, one of the most effective forms of provoking thought is satire. People just don't like it when you don't think the way everyone else is thinking.
