So true! When those sounding like brown people do it, for some 'reason' the news bubbles up as "Indian" ..... Sadly, such racist simplification only lets the offending company (TalkTalk in this case) off the hook, and diverts attention towards hating Indians. Only way to fix this is make such breaches so expensive to companies that they'd think twice before outsourcing either within the country or to a company in an another country (which will lead to stronger procedures at outsourced location).
