Pass the cost of shipping to the buyer. I resold games in high school. I wasn't savvy enough to write scripts to search for specific games and their prices. I manually combed sites (mostly eBay) to find people/stores that were selling games a few days/weeks before the actual release date. I'd order a few a copies, add a small markup, charge flat-rate shipping (would cover most distances), and be on my way. My point is that there's a market for these. The product I was selling wasn't scarce. My guess why people bought these games was that they were teens who couldn't get their parents to drive them an hour to the nearest store that carried games.
