- simplehuman 10y agoI was a paying customer for 2 years. I was gone on a vacation where my cc was stolen and I canceled the card. When I came back, my server and backups are gone. I understand if I was a new customer but I was using the service for 2 years. Fine, kill the server but why delete the backups for which I pay 5 USD a month extra?
