Depending on how expensive your service is, bespoke could be a nice "extra."
- mdekkers 10y agoAren't you leaving money on the table? Not all money is worth it. My life improved significantly about 12 years ago, when I learned how to fire customers.
- tyingq 10y agoIn my case, yes, I'm leaving money on the table. The bespoke work isn't compatible with the "Solo founders" bit. I could take on debt, hire, and do it. There's money there. Because of the customization though, the margins are lower. Exactly how much lower, I don't really know. I'm not currently willing to take the risk.
