I think your resume is probably more impressive than your ability to interview. Learning to be impressive on interviews is difficult. I would suggest trying out a less impressive resume so you don't lead into your interview with too much of a high standard.
- thinkmassive 10y agoOr keep the resume, since that really leads to initial screens (which he's passing), and learn how to interview better. Like other commenters mentioned, it would help to know the other positions being offered and how they compare to his current+desired positions.
