Does anyone know what measure of accuracy this press release is using? It doesn't seem to be the standard (TN + TP)/(total)[1] because it says experts are no better than a coin flip. I don't want to be overly critical, but it's disappointing when an article doesn't explain what its title even means. The goal seems to be publicity, not understanding.
