I can't see how your chef example could work well without any tactile feedback.
- marak830 10y agoI'm not teaching them the action of cutting, I'm trying to teach them how to visualise the different aspects of different parts of animals. Produce comes in amazingly messy and different from one week to another, learning how to prepare itnwith very little waste takes a long time.
