I love the logo!!! Apart from that, it's a good looking mess where most of the things aren't relevant especially the pictures used. As there are lack of information on the 1st and 2nd fold, most of the traffic might leave before proceeding any further. Scroll jacking is just killing your site. Also for better conversion try to give one CTA on each fold. About content, think who are your target audience and what you want to showcase them, accordingly write your content. All the best :)
