- mabbo 10y agoBecause in my five years as an Amazon dev, that's exactly the attitude I witnessed. People are trying their best, so firing them won't help.
- mrep 10y agoI believe Jeff once said something along the lines of "why would I fire an employee that made an honest mistake? I just spent a bunch of money teaching him a lesson"
