- fjdlwlv 10y agoSnap is now trying to grow out of Venice because they've already businified/gentrified/grown too much and are getting a lot of local hate

- jboggan 10y agoBrand new 2.65M condo units next door to me in Santa Monica. One immediately sold and I expect the rest to go as soon as all these paper millionaires in the neighborhood turn real. Venice has already turned into the most expensive rental market in LA [0] and it is dragging Santa Monica's prices up with it.
