As someone who plays things at 4k on my 1070 at home, let me add that things still look freaking amazing at 4k, even without Ultra settings. You can usually turn off antialiasing (sweet), and there are some effects that you probably might not notice (or care about) compared to speed. The best part is, in two years (or four) when you buy a better card, all the titles that are currently new will tend to look about as good as 2-year-old titles look now. ;)
