AWS has HIPPA compliant offerings.
- sheeshkebab 10y agoYes, and dedicated instances, and allows you to write all the code you need to encrypt everything... Cheaper - this is not however, in either infrastructure or skilled engineering costs (plus medical and finance orgs are skittish of AWS as it is).
