And I just installed my new EVGA GeForce GTX 1080 SC2 8GB yesterday after work, so excellent timing on my part. $649 for that card.
Guess I'll be boxing it back up and returning it, which I dislike doing.
- davman 10y agoThe TIs have been strongly rumoured for months, I've been waiting for this announcement so I don't end up in your situation.
- strictnein 10y agoYeah, I just thought EVGA's recent release of their FTW2 and SC2 with the advanced temp monitoring stuff was a signal that it was going to be a while longer. Guess I read those tea leaves wrong.
- bcrescimanno 10y agoI very nearly fell into the same trap; especially since I have a 1070 and EVGA was offering a nice upgrade program to the new ICX coolers. Hope your return goes smoothly.
