I'll be very interested to see what happens if Uber does decide to go public. Prior to recent events I'd have thought if they did go public they'd almost certainly follow the recent trend of setting up a class structure that gives little to no voting control to most common shareholders. Will they be able to get away with that if it means Travis retains control?
