I was lucky enough to work for a "technical" non-profit for a few years. We worked 7 hours a day instead of a full 8. It was absolutely amazing. It was the perfect amount of time I felt. I noticed I slacked off less to get everything done in a day. Honestly, if we worked that extra hour each day, it would of have been spent surfing the internet. Spending more time making coffee, chatting, lunch etc.
