How can Travis Kalanick fail so much with company culture?

- fullshark 10y agoHe turned an app into a company worth 70 billion and never saw any reason to change course until now (hopefully).
- trustfundbaby 10y agorocket fueled success makes waaaay too many people overlook egregious problems with company culture. Just look at Theranos and Zenefits for examples. If it wasn't this situation, we wouldn't have heard anything till something disastrous happened to Uber. Thats just the way it works.
