It's just time really. The amount of time will vary depending on your background, degree, existing experience, and sure enough, luck. But it's just time. In the current state of the industry, a senior is just "someone who's been around and did/saw some stuff". It gets a lot trickier after that step. But for a junior, just keep doing what you do and try to do it better while learning/seeing as many things possible. Basically, just give it time.
