So what was his reasoning for leaving it off the device? To be less "Microsoft" and because they want to compete? Right...
- evgen 16y agoIt was left off the base load of the device so that it could be revved quicker. If there are bugs in an app store application you can push a fix, if there are bugs in mobilesafari or the maps application the only way to update them is to cut a new release of the OS.
