I suspect this is only in the bay (or maybe other "high value" areas) ? I never heard such figures in the UK for example in those companies (well, for FB/Google anyway, never heard of Linkedin/netflix).
- toephu2 10y agoYes this is the Bay Area only. Plus UK is known to have far lower salaries than the U.S. in any industry basically.
- beisner 10y agoFor Google and Facebook at least, those salaries hold throughout the US (I know for sure in SF, Seattle, Boston, Boulder, and NYC), and potentially all of North America.
