If your country is typical of the sort of Western nation with that kind of law, then "1 to 5 years of prison" is more than you'd get for rape. That's quite some fear of words. Here in the USA, we mostly laugh at the actual hate groups. Your country has made them a forbidden fruit, all the more enticing. You also can't know people's true feelings... you might discover them abruptly someday, in a very bad way.
