- tastythrowaway 10y agoI think the implication is "should they make a suboptimal decision in order to stay on schedule?" In this case 'suboptimal decision' is denying access to OSS. I think.
- engi_nerd 10y agoAh. That interpretation makes sense. I just couldn't get over the fact that using Russian avionics isn't going to happen under ITAR.
