I agree on the 'has' comments. The only thing that he got wrong, IMO, is that Alexa is going to be a success. If personal assistants are to take off it's going to be inside the phone (the most personal of all devices), not some speaker in the living room. Phones are much more available (always with you) and personal (sometimes you don't want to share stuff with your whole household).
