If you watch the video closely at around 2:05 - 2:20 you see that the driver of the two wheeling white jeep zig zags across all lanes building up horizontal tipping momentum and at a certain point the car tips over on two wheels. At that point you can maintain that position with the correct application of acceleration and steering... practice makes perfect and YMMV ;)
