In the US at least Uber hasn't done a very good job at eliminating racial discrimination. A study has found that drivers continue to discriminate, this time based on the race they assume based on the person's name.

- splintercell 10y agoI don't know whatever Lyft is doing, but I have a super low rating on Lyft than on Uber and I behave the same in both the cases.

- yummyfajitas 10y agoThe actual study says they are doing a very good job - traditional taxis discriminate vastly more than Uber/Lyft/Flywheel.
