That is the way I think... not that the story is necessarily bullshit (though like most conflict stories of which we've only heard one side it may have other factors) but that it's a fairly normal story from a rightfully disgruntled employee (there's always rightfully disgruntled employees) which has been elevated to the level of some unique crime against humanity.
