Does anyone know why Susan chose to "blog" instead of filing a law suit?
- macspoofing 10y agoMaybe she's pissed but doesn't want to sue? Lawsuits are mentally and emotionally (and financially) draining.
- raarts 10y agoAs I understand Uber makes all employees sign an arbitration clause to prevent lawsuits.
- st3v3r 10y agoThis has been addressed in just about every discussion of her article.
- erikb 10y agoIn a lawsuit you fight alone and either give or get money in the end. A convincing public message can change the situation, sometimes.
