1. The encryption method for the company whom I work for is extremely low on my preference for who I want to work for to the point that it is practically negligible. I'd bet a lot of money that most software developers feel the same way. 2. Snap does not need nor is it worth the cost for them to pay for the "best" developers. Their technological implementations and scale at which they work with can give credence to that.
