i'm just curious because i heard the exact same structure used by a native speaker from the US, and on other occasions from other possibly native speakers. i speak english as a second language and don't know what to think. as to my lack of caps... that's lazyness. i can use them, but i only do when i foresee getting judged by people i don't need judging from (professional contexts).
