Nothing we do is open source, and having worked at another B2B telecom in the past that largely avoided open source, I have a feeling the entire industry is like this. I'm honestly much more comfortable in enterprisey environments than in companies that try to be hip and cool, so if a company cares about my GitHub, they're probably not a company I'd want to work for.
