  No doubt that would be against their ToS and they would stop serving you. Besides, hiding ads is not the same as preventing ads from being loaded. Enterprise and government customers are often concerned about data leaking out through advertisement networks, and hosted ad services are not uncommonly used to inject malware into specific sites. Hiding ads using CSS would not prevent these problems.
