I really want you to convince me of this right now :) I'm not a psychologist or sociologist, but there's a lot of evidence this forms earlier, via peer group, media, and parenting. Unfortunately universities are capitalist organizations with all the accompanying weaknesses. We'll only see action from them if the probable return of action is positive.
