I like this, but I want to follow up by asking what your idea of a "good" answer is, what a "bad" idea is and how you would see through a bullshit answer.
- hijinks 10y agoFor me a good answer is a story about a human screw up that took down production and then the follow up is talking about steps they took to make sure it never happened again. The big thing I'm looking for is mistakes are good learning experiences for people and if you make a mistake its time to reflect on the mistake to make sure it never happens again. So I want to hear how they made sure that mistake or anything like it won't happen again.
