For my personal dev machine I simply use github and dropbox. I'm sure there are more complete ways of storying my full system but I've actually never needed it

For my personal dev machine I simply use github and dropbox. I'm sure there are more complete ways of storying my full system but I've actually never needed it...knock on wood. That being said I can re-create my system from scratch in 3 hours so if I spend my more time than that on backup I think its a waste.
