Does this mean tmux will work?
- avlasyuk 10y agoI currently have zero issues running tmux and bunch of other software in mintty/wsltty https://github.com/mintty/wsltty https://github.com/mintty/wsltty
- zadjii 10y agotmux should have already worked quite well in Anniversary Update (14393). There are some specific feature enhancements, such as 256/24bit color support (although tmux doesn't support 24bit color by default) and mouse mode support that should make tmux much more usable.

- bitcrazed 10y agoThe OP asked if TMux worked on WSL, which it does. Now, there are many, MANY, improvements required of Windows' Console which is currently receiving its biggest overhaul in > 30 years! Bear with us while we give the Console some much needed TLC and start to re-shape it into a clean Console infrastructure that supports modern Console demands.
