If you want to change Uber's culture for the better, you need to persuade those that work within it and have klout to use it. In order to do this, first you'll need to believe that there are good, kind-hearted people that work there and that aren't happy with what happened. Telling a small number of people to 'delete the app' or pointing the finger at everybody that works there isn't going to do any good.
