This has happened to me as well. What I do is go to the bank and sit down with the manager, and push until I get those fees reversed. Going in person is much more effective than calling on the phone, and the manager will just fix it to get you out of his hair.
- twblalock 10y agoIf you dress or talk like the kind of people who use check cashing stores, the manager is likely to call security and have you removed.
- skookumchuck 10y agoI dress in t-shirt and jeans. Of course, one does need to talk in a polite manner. Walking in with an abusive and abrasive manner won't get results.
