No kidding. I just did a handful of financial transactions and at every step of the way, every bank said "oh, in terms of disclosure, there's a $X fee attached to that" where X was $10-30 each time. Nowhere was that documented until I started the process. I was able to push back and get all except one dropped (and that was halved) but unless you're used to saying "no," they would have gotten me for another $60. That much isn't going to make or break the vast majority of people here but we're outliers in many ways.
