Order for me (Dutch).
Offline:
1. Through NFC by debit card
2. Through pin by debit card if above 25 euro.
I played with NFC on phone via banking app but didn't want to pay 3 euro a month for that feature.
Cash I don't have on me. Credit card only abroad.
Online:
1. iDeal payment system, I get a message to my phone, type it in and pay.
2. PayPal, coupled to my bank account.
3. Credit card.
Abroad:
1. ATMs and cash.
2. Credit card because debit often doesn't work.
Dutch people who don't travel normally don't have credit cards. If you don't have iDeal on your webshop you miss a big part of the Dutch market.
