I think if you're as awesome as you say then start every morning interview with : "I've got issues communicating but have compensating super powers" Then go onto give a scripted explanation of what they are , so that it's not impromptu and so that you're evaluated on your own terms. As someone that's hired many people, I'd respond well to this.
