One way I've seen the infrastructure problem handled is to have all city residents who own cars to be required to purchase unlimited use pass for all city bridges and tunnels.
- metaphorm 10y agoI would add to that all of the following: * annual fee for road maintenance * annual fee for traffic enforcement * no free parking anywhere except your own driveway. every street parking spot should be metered. * excise taxes on gasoline to control air pollution and C02 emissions
