  I think he's saying he's banking on a vast market of "super babies" going to be born. It'll be on par with investing for college tuition. i.e. Interested in getting your newborn baby with a super brain? Super strength? Super musical talent? Pony up a few hundred K, and watch it become a reality with the power of genetic engineering.
