Skimming the article, it doesn't look like they had any system at all (or its just not mentioned).
Daily Scrum, Jira/ticket tracking, Hipchat/slack are are essential tools whether you are remote or in the same physical office.
- chiefalchemist 10y agoAgreed. There didn't seem to be any processes, tool, and/or adjustments to make a non-centralized network work. I got the impression "assume" is a popular word there.
