I was in the (Canadian) Air Force in my youth, and once had the pleasure of marshalling a C5 Galaxy into a parking slot at an airshow, where my previous "biggies" were C137s (essentially 707s), Hercs and Auroras (Orion airframes). Damned hard to judge distance and scale while your brain is telling you to run away.
