- dhimes 10y agoI tried this for 6 months with my doc. Didn't work for me at all. I actually came across the idea on the National Academy of Sciences web site.

- dhimes 10y agoMy fasting blood sugar rose as well as my cholesterol levels.
- WillPostForFood 10y agoWhat were you trying to accomplish? If it was increased lifespan, then thankfully the subject of the experiment is still alive.
- dhimes 10y agoI was looking at my blood work: cholesterol and fasting blood sugar. I had the worst numbers of my life.
