- taprun 10y agoI'm not the poster, but I hate it because it's very slow.
- rootme 10y agoHey is Microsoft now. Of course it's slow.
- imauld 10y agoI hate almost everything about LinkedIn. - The permanent "notification" that I haven't added everyone in my contacts to LinkedIn yet. - it's much harder than it should be to just get to someone else's profile (or to your own) - the never ending stream of connection requests.
- taway_1212 10y agoI have recently configured LinkedIn in such way that I no longer receive any recruiter spam. The trick is to deny the "direct" messages from people outside of your network and also require a connect requestor to know your email. These two simple things (plus opting out of any of LinkedIn's mailing lists etc.) and boom! - serenity.
- zerr 10y agoBesides aesthetics, they took away functionality, e.g. searching by job title, company name, location (as separate fields).
- aakriti1215 10y agoNext to the search bar, there's a little button that says "advanced" that I believe will still allow you to get to the functionality you're looking for in a less intuitive way.
- zerr 10y agoNo "advanced" link here. Just Search button and nothing more. Maybe they put this only for premium members...
- aakriti1215 10y agoI'm not premium though. What about when you search for something? There should be a little button that says "advanced" on the lefthand side.
