It's kinda ironic Rule 19 can be gamed as a SJW/PC-like dodge deployed by turtleman to censor Warren. I think ultimately it backfired in political algebra (it sure aint even precalculus, because it didn't help) for garnering her more press because of the ensuing media drama. Trying to censor the reading of a letter MLK Jr.'s widow sounds all kinds of bad.
