Because not everyone has to sing in everyday circumstances, but they do have to communicate.
Although it would make annual performance reviews much more entertaining...
- greenlblue 16y agoThat's true but my point was that people manage to learn enough to be able to get ideas across kinda like how most people can hum simple tunes.
