I've always assumed this and don't bother calling my reps with my out of state cell phone. I write (handwrite) a letter instead.
- tptacek 10y agoApparently, the letters are less persuasive. The hierarchy goes: 1. In-person visit with crowd. 2. (Apocryphal) Couriered letter. 3. In-person solo visit. 4. Phone call. 5. Physical letter 6. Fax 7. Nothing else counts
